Best baseball training facility around. P413 is about to be the standard to baseball advancement. Unbelievable coaching, training and program. 10 out of 10! Doug Adams runs a great program! If you want your kid to advance to the next level then you need to get with P413!

6 players showed up for our whole facility rental and the door was locked nobody home. Allegedly an owner mistake. Still wasted a lot of time for a lot of guys. Very unprofessional

Communication is key. Facility was nice but.....First time going here and my son was super excited to get some help with his batting. It let me book it online that morning. Drove the 30 mins to get there. Walked in stood at the empty counter for 10 mins. I got it they were super busy. Finally, a young kid walks up to us and goes behind the counter. Never acknowledged us standing there. Again, I get it busy. I finally addressed him since he clearly wasn't going to ask me what I needed help with. I told him how it’s our first time there and where do we go to meet with our person, also that we had no idea what the gentleman looked like, "he's tall and blonde" then went back to doing his homework..... ok cool.... Went over to the batting cages and waited till it was almost 6 o'clock (our time slot) not seeing a tall blonde person I finally asked another customer standing there if they knew who our person was. He said yes then told me that the coach wasn't even there tonight. He had canceled everything and is out of town. He even showed me a text from the coach that he was not going to be there. I got no text no, email or anything stating that he had canceled everything for that night.

This is hands down the best facility in the Dayton and surrounding area. We have used every facility in a 2-3 hour radius and this by far is the best. The trainers here are on another level compared to all other facilities and you actually see the progression of your players. The staff is friendly and they offer everything that a player is looking for, I have coached for years and they have even helped me as a coach grow and expand my knowledge in what I have to offer my players. I really can’t say enough what an amazing place that I am grateful that we now have!
